Suggested directory structure for mooring raw, processed and script files#
cruiseID/moorings/recovered/...
/processed/raw/script_files
Where:
/processedwill contain the processed data files in .mat format with one file per instrument in each subfolder for each mooringID, e.g:/F11-1/F12-1/F13-1etc..
/rawcontains folders for each instrument type (for all moorings). The folders here will look like:/ADCP/IPS/SBE37/SBE56/RBRetc..
In these
/raw/INSTRUMENT TYPEfolders it is smart to a give already clear and unique names to the raw files when downloading them from the instruments, so e.g:F10-year1_year2_sbe22261.XMLF10-year1_year2_sbe22261.hexF10-year1_year2_sbe22261.cnvF10-year1_year2_sbe22261.xmlcon
/script_files contains the .m script files for processing each instrument-type per mooring, e.g:
/ADCP/SBE37/SBE56/RBRetc…
